Nose:
Caramel, sweet grain, light lacquer and lemon drops. Banana bread, dough. The noses foundation is built on sweet cereal notes with custard. Reminiscent of high end Canadian blends. Low end notes of red berry jam show up later.
Palate:
Toffee, molasses, tobacco, spicy middle to finish. Pithy finish with hot cinnamon.
